Return period

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing sales@zeenastore.online. Include your order details and reason for return.

Return condition

Items should be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging. We may reduce a refund if handling goes beyond what is needed to inspect the item.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with details and, where helpful, photographs. We will explain the appropriate return or replacement process.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned using the agreed payment method after the returned item is inspected. Your statutory rights are not affected.
